UCSB #4 Party School
Wow its an odd thing to be proud of, but yeah! way to to go UCSB, moving up in the rankings as the #4 party school. Its pretty crazy to see UCSB move up in the polls even with all the Nobel prizes and the crackdown on kegs. I guess it just goes to show you that people will party no matter what. I have noticed that Halloween has been gaining some steam as a fun event again in IV.
